3/4 cup mayo
1/4 heaping cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon fine ground sea salt
In a wide mouth mason jar combine all the ingredients. Use an immersion blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
If you do not have an immersion blender, any blender will do, a hand mixer will not work. The spices need to be blended.
Variations:
The recipe written above is best served as a dip for veggies. Add 2 tablespoons of almond or your milk of choice to convert it into the perfect salad dressing!
